If you have received a defective item, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
Return Window:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any defective product. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Condition of the Item:
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
Defective Items:
If the item is defective, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Be sure to include details of the defect and provide photos if possible.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
