Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape slightly loose for comfort.
Hips:
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeve Length:
Measure from the center of your back (just below the neck) across the shoulder and down to the wrist.
